Overview
The classic circuit around Mont Blanc, crossing three countries without ever losing sight of the massif. The route climbs over high alpine passes into deep valleys, through larch forest and past glacial moraine, linking traditional villages in France, Italy, and Switzerland along the way. Nine days is enough to feel the mountain change character from every angle — glaciers to the north, pastureland to the south.

FAQ
Your questions, answered
What to know about building in Mexico, working with Conecta, and planning your investment.
How is Conecta different from a consultant or recruiter?
We are an operating partner, not just a setup service. Our operating partners have built, ran for 12 years, and sold a Mexico nearshoring company to a U.S. private equity firm. Our bilingual, bicultural team brings that experience to your operation through The Conecta Method™: a repeatable method for building and growing in Mexico, with ongoing support beyond launch.
Why build an engineering team in Guadalajara?
Guadalajara combines engineering talent, an established technology ecosystem, and working-hour overlap with U.S. teams. Companies including Intel, Oracle, SAP, IBM, and HP have a presence here. Flight connections to major U.S. cities also make it practical to collaborate in person, not just remotely.
What cost savings should we plan for?
Our planning example compares $150,000 per engineer annually in the U.S. with $55,000 in Guadalajara. For 10 engineers, that is a $950,000 annual difference before additional operating costs. These are planning assumptions, not guaranteed savings; your budget will depend on roles, seniority, hiring needs, and how you structure the operation.
How does the subscription work, and what does it cost?
The Conecta Subscription is active from Day 1 and provides fractional access to our Operating Partners, with ongoing guidance through the Method. Projects are packaged as stage bundles. Contact us to confirm pricing, scope and engagement terms for your business.
Can you help beyond hiring and company setup?
Yes. Projects are packaged as stage bundles spanning legal incorporation, talent, payroll, compliance, workspace support and M&A advisory. Support also includes training and leadership development under OPERATE, and entering the Mexican market under SCALE. The Conecta Subscription provides ongoing access to experienced Operating Partners and trusted local relationships.
